Jérôme and his chef Anthony are pleased to welcome you for lunch in their Bistrot-Restaurant in Saint-Paul-sur-Save.
The Bistrot du Rempart offers a traditional cuisine with local fresh products. To begin with you may choose an Asian salmon-tuna tartare or the daily starter. As for the main dish, you can choose basquaise chicken, beef or fish. All dishes are served with fries, salad and season vegetables. For your dessert you will be surprised by the chef’s novelties !
