Aimé CAZES, founder of the estate and father of André and Bernard, was the natural choice of name for this restaurant, located at the heart of the Maison CAZES. From the coasts of the Mediterranean to the lands of Catalonia, we have forged close links with local producers, who bring us the fruit of their fishing, farming and harvesting as the seasons go by. The dishes reflect the best of the region, with menus changing daily according to the market.
