The Bristol opened its doors in the summer of 2017 under the leadership of Sandra and Frédéric Coste (Chez Fred). Just a stone’s throw from the railway station and the Canal port, this new Carcassonne snack bar serves quality fast food: – Savoury: sandwiches, platters of cured meats or cheeses, salads, pizzas and tarts, – Sweet: a breakfast menu, homemade desserts and ice cream sundaes. All our cuisine is homemade with fresh and regional products. Groups and meetings possible with breakfast, brunch, etc. Home delivery of tray meals or lunch in partnership with Sacré Fernand.
