While Clémentine’s dishes simmer slowly in her food truck based in Salasc, she goes bargain hunting for food amongst producers and local farmers. Convinced that nomadic food is inscribed in the diversity of products, she tends towards a cuisine that’s carefully prepared, delicious and creative combining French and oriental cooking.
