The inn has been welcoming hikers to the heights of Cauterets since 1928. Our best-selling dishes, ‘La Garbure’ and ‘Le Cassoulet’, are sure to delight you. Come and enjoy the unique flavours of the local terroir and experience our warm and authentic atmosphere while enjoying a breathtaking view of the entire Cauterets valley! To find us, you can take a 45-minute walk from the village. The road is clear for those arriving by car. For hikers, it is only possible to pass by the Basque farm on days when the restaurant is open. .
