In the shop, you will find ham (AOC), sliced or whole, and Noir de Bigorre sausage, a variety of Noir de Bigorre terrine, Foie Gras, Pyrenean trout (smoked, rillettes), liqueurs and jams from Petits Fruits de Baudéan… .
On the banks of the Adour, next to the Hôtel Carré Py, our restaurant has two rooms, a covered terrace and an outdoor terrace. During normal periods, it can accommodate groups of up to 60 people.
