L’OCTAVE

TOULOUSE , Haute-Garonne – Restauration

About

L’Octave, a new gastronomic address in the Matabiau district, will appeal to lovers of contemporary French cuisine with its refined, generous and accessible approach. At the helm is Japanese chef Katsunori Nakanishi, a well-known figure on Toulouse’s culinary scene, who offers seasonal cuisine inspired by the finest local produce, enhanced by precise technique and great sensitivity.

Located just a stone’s throw from Matabiau station and the Canal du Midi, L’Octave has established itself as one of Toulouse’s new must-try restaurants. It’s a passionate place to dine, where the highest standards of gastronomy go hand in hand with conviviality and authenticity.

In a warm setting combining Toulouse brickwork, wood and an open kitchen, diners discover a short menu that changes as new dishes arrive. The dishes feature perfectly mastered cooking, elegant sauces and a remarkable use of vegetables. The cellar also features wines of character, carefully selected to accompany this sincere and creative cuisine.
