A resolutely southwestern restaurant, this gourmet bistro defines itself as an ambassador for its region, both through the offering and the quality of the welcome and service. Here the menu is entirely made with fresh products and concocted by a team of professionals. The cellar is like the cuisine: exclusively from the southwest, with a selection of 27 terroirs, some of which are little-known. The beers come from the establishment’s craft brewery Les Frères Brasseurs.
