But the best surprise is on your plate! Chef Geoffroy serves seasonal cuisine where local produce shares the limelight with produce from further afar. In summer, enthusiasts enjoy king crab and brown crab, spicy avocado and lemon-flavoured olives, tuna tataki with three sesames, marinated bull stew or lamb shank. Dishes are served with seasonal vegetables or homemade French fries. The desserts deserve a special mention. Whatever you do, don’t leave without tasting the chocolate pyramid with toblerone foam and chantilly cream.
