In the heart of the Lauragais region, between Toulouse and Castelnaudary, just a stone’s throw from the Canal du Midi, we are delighted to welcome you to our cosy dining room by the fireplace or, in fine weather, to our shady terrace.

Trained in the kitchens of the famous “Emile” restaurant in Toulouse, and after a varied career in the restaurant trade, Sébastien Dufraisse is making his dream come true by opening his own restaurant in the heart of the Lauragais region. He is passionate about sharing his original and generous seasonal cuisine with as many people as possible.

The chef offers market cuisine, prepared with pleasure and variations according to the season.
