In the heart of Lauragais, between Toulouse and Castelnaudary, 500 meters from the Canal du Midi, we have the pleasure to welcome you in a warm room at the corner of the fireplace or in the summer on the shaded terrace. Trained at the restaurant “Emile” and after a varied career in the world of catering, Sébastien Dufraisse realizes his dream with the opening of his own restaurant in the heart of Lauragais. Passionate, he wishes to share with the greatest number his original and generous seasonal cuisine.

Our restaurant offers a cuisine from the market. The menus change very regularly depending on the season and the products available.
