Located just 10 minutes from Perpignan in the small Catalan village of Palau-del-Vidre, renowned for its master glassmakers, the L’Ancienne École restaurant offers a warm and friendly welcome. Chef Baptiste Gaillard, a master restaurateur, and his team offer you a menu that is renewed each season and prepared using only fresh, mainly local produce. Our dining room team, led by Émilie Gaillard, will be delighted to welcome you and offer you a table in our stone-panelled dining room or on our heated patio in winter, or on one of our covered or arbour terraces in fine weather.
