In the heart of the Baronnies, the farm of Agrolinette welcomes you during the summer period.

Facing the Pic du Midi, the Agrolinette is a micro farm in polyculture which wishes to provide for the needs of the restaurant it hosts but also for its inhabitants. We produce on half a hectare vegetables, fruits, small fruits, eggs and soon wine, all in agroecology and biodynamics. .

The chef turns essentially to the vegetables of the farm that he cultivates to realize a fine and inventive cooking. Single menu: starter/main course/cheese/dessert – 3 glasses of wine included. Free and conscious price range: between 30 and 40€ for everyone to find his or her account!
