Our producers are carefully selected from across the south of France. Come and discover our platters of artisanal charcuterie, crudités, or farmhouse cheeses to share, oysters from the Thau lagoon, our semi-cooked foie gras, duck breast from Maison Samaran, Aubrac beef steaks, and our vegetarian dishes depending on the market.
