At the helm is Stéphanie Melendez, a passionate chef and teacher at the Lycée Hôtelier in Mazamet. Every detail reflects the soul of the Lauragais region: authenticity, simplicity and generosity.

A table’S d’Albiac offers a clear and committed approach:

Alongside her catering business, Stéphanie continues to offer a catering service for events, which is already well established in the region. Weddings, birthdays, corporate meals: she brings the same high standards and creativity to every project.
