With over twelve years experience in the restaurant business, including seven working alongside the famous Pourcel brothers, the creator of Focaccia i Amici wanted to share his passion for Italian gastronomy. On the menu: traditional focaccia, the real star of the house, but also charcuterie boards, creamy burrata, delicate panna cotta and many other specialties. Generous daily specials, such as tartare, complete the gourmet offering. Above all, Focaccia i Amici cultivates the values it holds dear – friendship, family and conviviality – in perfect harmony with the warm spirit of Les Cuves Gourmandes.
