Behind this new venture are the owners of Lisetta, a popular Italian restaurant that has been based in the market hall for several years, who are continuing their culinary journey with a new gastronomic identity.

At Flama, the fire is at the heart of every dish. Lovers of fine cuts of meat will discover delicious grilled dishes, whilst grilled fish and fresh produce also take pride of place. The menu combines original recipes, seasonal accompaniments and carefully selected produce.
