It’s in Céret, at the foot of the Pyrenees, that Kevin De Porre intends to celebrate his cradle territory by playing a local card, between this land with Catalan accents, the vegetables and herbs dear to his heart and the inspiring and generous Mediterranean Sea. Fario will be the contemporary gastronomic version of a tradition, a memory, the name of the trout that his grandfather taught him to catch.
