Original and creative cuisine.
Run by Anne and Juan, a French-Argentinian couple, this restaurant offers an inventive menu made almost exclusively with local produce. The chef cooks exclusively over a wood fire. However, don’t expect grilled dishes. The cuisine is particularly refined and plays on textures. The menu changes according to the seasons and adapts to the products available. The menu is limited to 6-8 dishes, from which you can choose between 1 and 6 via the Carte Blanche menu.
At an altitude of 1,300 metres, come and discover a wooden and stone chalet offering a picturesque setting for your gourmet breaks. A committed, gourmet and extraordinarily warm place where the décor is made up of mismatched furniture found in flea markets. The chef has chosen to cook exclusively with wood and to work exclusively with local products, and the menu changes every week. Regional wines are available. In season, the small terrace welcomes you, and in winter you can enjoy the wood fire.
Specialities: beef tongue, horseradish milk, small onions; duckling fillets, beetroot and Trébons onions; apricots with milk jam.
