The art of living is expressed at Domaine Uma, with 3 different dining options available at the heart of the winery: SYMBIOSE At Symbiose, every moment is designed to offer an intimate, convivial experience. With only 12 places at the bar and 12 at the table d’hôte, every meal becomes an occasion for sharing, where exchange with guests and the chef is at the heart of the experience. 4-course menu from October to April: featuring products from Languedoc producers. Chef Pierre Tourailles composes a menu based on seasonal ingredients from the local terroir, in harmony with the estate’s wines. Each dish reflects a deep commitment to nature and authentic flavors. This respectful approach to local produce creates a unique culinary experience, combining modernity and tradition in the heart of Pic Saint-Loup. Here, you are invited to experience a true symbiosis of food, wine and human encounters! THE SYMBIOSE TERRACE With its breathtaking view of the Pic Saint Loup and the Hortus, the Terrace invites you to relax and unwind. Open from April to September, from cosy banquette to convivial table, discover our sunny menu of mezzés and tapas to share. CANOPÉE A haven of cool relaxation, Domaine Uma’s century-old park can only be seen from the inside. In the middle lies Canopée, Domaine Uma?s summer restaurant. The Mediterranean-inspired menu is distinguished by its simplicity and authenticity, adopting a bistronomic touch that emphasizes the seasonal nature of produce. Each dish is carefully crafted to capture the essence of Domaine wines and local produce, offering a culinary experience that evokes the Mediterranean and its sun-drenched flavors.
