A native of Saint-Hilaire-d’Ozilhan, Joannes Richard, French and world hamburger champion, decided to open his burger and street food restaurant in his childhood village of a thousand souls.

Formerly a wine bar, “Croquer la Pie” has retained its bistro format, offering a range of beers accompanied by finger food. A perfect combo for the aperitif. Hamburger prices range from 12 to 15 euros.
