The Crêperie “Pêcheur de Lune” has been established for 40 years on the heights of one of France’s most beautiful villages, Sainte-Enimie, in the heart of the Gorges du Tarn (48). It offers creative crêpes and galettes inspired by local products, with subtle Mediterranean influences. Each dish is made to order, ensuring freshness, and is prepared using fresh, local, and gluten-free ingredients. Enjoy a beautiful shaded terrace. In July and August, take advantage of hearty breakfasts every morning.
