Here, you can savor dishes from yesteryear that she mastered to perfection, lovingly blending the flavors of Ariège, Occitane and that little Italian touch she carried with her like a precious heirloom.

The décor, too, tells a story: exposed stonework, antique objects and a warm ambience create a nostalgic backdrop to an emotionally-charged setting. Every detail breathes the memory of a bygone era, with a warmth that only memories can evoke.

On the menu: mimosa eggs, stuffed vegetables, duck heart, dishes to share and homemade desserts… Recipes that smell homemade, prepared with quality local produce.
