Guest book excerpt: “Upon leaving La Canourgue and travelling down the road that leads to the Gorges du Tarn, we came upon Le Mazelet, a little hamlet nestled in lush greenery, and Chez Louis where Muriel and Andrée greeted us and served us their specialities. We like the feminine and personal touches to the interior, the friendly atmosphere and the quality of the kitchen which can be traditional, regional or sophisticated depending on the occasion. It’s always worth the detour.” On the regular menu: farçous (pork speciality), cooked meats, dish of the day and homemade dessert. Pre-order: aligot, truffade (potato cake), beef shoulder, piglet stew, tripous (tripe balls), coupétade (dessert). We can cater for your events with a range of tailor-made menus.
