Gilles Nicaise, alias Barmy, his family and his team are happy to welcome you in “le cloître des Marsouins”. In this secret garden (equipped with foggers in hot weather), Barmy will share with you his cuisine, his culture and his Mediterranean values. The accent is singing, the dishes bursting with sunshine: cuttlefish rust, tapenade, gazpacho, aioli, chicken with lemon, trout with saffron, organic vegetables, local cheeses and wines, Aubrac grills. The vaulted room has become a cultural space (painting, conferences, music, LIVE sport…) where you can also eat, taste local wines and beers from many countries Possibility to receive groups and theme evenings. Ice cream parlour, tea room and pancakes in the afternoon, lunch and dinner catering.
