Vincent makes wood-fired pizzas using fresh, local ingredients. His food truck is parked in a large parking area on the northern outskirts of Florac (towards Mende/Pont de Montvert). Pizzas are prepared quickly, and the menu offers a wide variety of specialties. Pizzas can be ordered by phone. Takeaway pizzas are available. The truck is located in a large parking area equipped with a picnic table. It’s situated on the main road, 1.5 km from the town center and close to campsites and the Tarn River.
