Formerly the home of the cellist Pablo Casals, the restaurant has preserved the industrial and art deco spirit of the early 17th century. The grand Hôtel-Restaurant Le Bistro Casals, bar. A former chocolate factory restored in the industrial spirit of the early 20th century. In the heart of nature, a luminous restaurant suspended between water gardens and terraces where you can sample flavoursome recipes imaginatively prepared for your palate.
