In July and August, Lou and his team open their beautiful terrace to welcome up to 30 guests, and serve you home-cooked dishes made with local produce. Here, seasonal cuisine, plates of local charcuterie and cheeses, homemade crêpes, local organic sorbets and a license 4 for your aperitifs. Out of season, they offer takeaway snacks on weekdays, and ready-made meals on weekends to take away too! Alongside this, they run a quality, local grocery store with seasonal early produce, meats, charcuterie, local cheeses and free-range eggs, organic Lozère beers and local wines, plus everything else: dairy products, dry and hygiene products, drinks, everyday items…. The ++ services of the place: fresh local bread every day, press and gas, tobacco and FDJ, cash withdrawal and parcel relay! The shop is a social economy enterprise, born of a simple desire to maintain a useful, human and local business open all year round, even in harsh winters. They operate on a non-profit basis, with the priority of providing food security in the upper Orb valley, promoting local produce and offering access to essential services.
