“Aux saveurs braisées” offers you excellent matured beef (Galicia, Normande, etc.). Carefully selected cuts of meat are stored in maturing cellars until they acquire a particular flavour that varies according to the length of time they are left. You can also treat your taste buds to grilled meats (poultry, lamb, etc.), homemade burgers, fish and seafood (razor clams, cuttlefish, sea bass, etc.), or local specialities such as duck breast. A special feature of the restaurant is that all the meat is braised over an open wood fire. The chef prepares a menu of the day every day.
