About

Located on 28 hectares of farmland, the ESAT du Razès (Etablissement et Service d’Accompagnement par le Travail) is developing a number of workshops: a restaurant open to the public, a market gardening workshop, a canning factory and a green space maintenance service for professionals and private individuals.

Every lunchtime of the week there is a menu of the day and an à la carte menu with duck specialities (cassoulet, foie gras, magret, confit, etc.) Wherever possible, the dish of the day is accompanied by organic seasonal vegetables grown on site.

A 20-person meeting room with video projector, internet access, breakfast, lunch and snacks is available for business meetings.
