Welcome to “l’Auberge des saveurs d’Azun”, a restaurant overlooking the Pyrenees that will make you appreciate local and regional dishes revisited!

The Garbure Bigourdane of the inn, the sheep stew, the lamb confit, the rack of lamb in a crust from the Val d’Azun, the smoked trout of the country, the quail stuffed with four spices and its roasted pear, the halibut steak on its leek fondue and its tonka cream… and many other traditional dishes ! But also the delicious home-made desserts : the choco pear caramel, the Basque beret, the Basque cake, the supreme “choco cinnamon cara crakine mousse”, the Norwegian omelette and the birthday cakes on order ! .

All this in a warm interior with a period atmosphere, which will allow you to share meals with friends or family in peace.
