Quality restaurant with efficient service and rooms with a view over the countryside. In summer, the terrace takes over and always with the view.

Céline Taffarello and her chef Philippe Jeansing cuisine is tasty, respectful of taste and seasonal products they select carefully.
They were world champions of Toulouse Cassoulet contest in 2022 and won Lucien Vanel prize for the best cassoulet.

The Auberge takes part in a number of events throughout the year, including ‘la semaine du goût’, cookery classes all year long (even for children) and special menus for Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
