About

In the centre of Sainte-Enimie stands a stone country house that has been converted into a restaurant. Our traditional local dishes are served by the hearth during cold months or on the shaded terrace in the warmer months. Homemade terrine and pâté, crayfish (June to September), trout, leg of local lamb, braised sweetbreads, scallop and smoked salmon salad, beef sirloin with Roquefort, chocolate Charlotte and crème anglaise.
