Nestling between the mountains and the sea, in the heart of the Fenouillèdes region, the Auberge de SOURNIA welcomes you all year round. It’s a small inn with authentic charm. There are two rooms, one of which is the old cowshed (stone walls) and the other, more contemporary and more imaginative, where the emphasis is on wines, local wines, winegrowers’ wines… In the kitchen, the dishes are prepared using produce from local producers. Here again, what matters is taste, goodness and authenticity. Eating well, eating healthy, a real commitment. A seasonal, instinctive cuisine, a local cuisine using the region’s hallmarks; the cuisine of our mothers and grandmothers.
