The menu celebrates the authenticity of a traditional cuisine rich in flavors.

Azinat, Cassoulet, Fresh Trout and Daube are just a few of the specialities from the Ariège region.
On the Spanish side, Paëlla and Fidéua will delight lovers of Mediterranean cuisine.

A catering service is also available for your meals and receptions.

In the center of the village, between mountains and nature, the inn is a privileged place and seduces by its rustic and friendly atmosphere.
