• 4 practice areas: a park, bowl, street plaza and pump track
• A park: 1350m2 stunt area designed for Freestyle BMX that also works for other street sports (inline skating, skateboarding, scootering)
• A bowl: 200m2 on a wide platform connected to the stunt area: 2 depths (1.5m and 2m), 3 hips and over 6m of coping in the deepest section.
• A street plaza: street furniture designed for another Olympic sport, street skateboarding.
• A pump track: a circuit of interconnected rollers and berms to meet the needs of athletes (BMX, inline skating, scootering and skateboarding).

• Partnership with Hurricane (International Festival of Extreme Sports organiser) providing training and camps in three sports: Freestyle BMX, Scooter and Skateboard.
