About
The beginning of the Gorges de la Carança is located in the town of Thuès between Valls. These vertiginous gorges are the starting point for hikes to the lake of the same name. The discovery of the gorges is possible on foot, via bridges and passages cornices dug in 1943 to serve the site during the drilling of the tunnel capturing the waters of the Carança to supply the hydropower plant Thuès.
