About
The glass business in Palau-del-Vidre dates from the thirteenth century. L’Atelier du Verre reflects this tradition of which several glass workers installed in the town come from. Completely renovated, it offers an exhibition of the latest creations of the master glassmaker Jorge Mateus. The glassblower, guardian of traditional techniques, has become an artist who draws inspiration from time-honored know-how.
