Making your own Laguiole pocket knife will be an unforgettable experience. We offer two cutlery courses: half-day courses and full-day courses.

Every day, you’ll experience the pleasure of using and polishing your Laguiole knife.

During the course you will make your own folding Laguiole knife, from start to finish, with the help of an experienced professional cutler who will assist you throughout the course.

Make sure you are dressed appropriately for working in a workshop (smock, apron or overalls, avoiding shorts and open shoes). It’s not dirty. Just a bit of dust.

Reservations can be made for one or more trainees. If necessary, we can add other trainees to the course. A course is full when there are 4 trainees.

Open to anyone who knows how to do a bit of DIY and is a bit handy. Beginners or those who have perfected their skills can take part (bring a camera for souvenirs).
