About
Founded in the 11th century, the Prieuré de Serrabona is a masterpiece of Romanesque art. Its marble gallery and cloister feature extremely fine sculptures. The capitals, carved with fantastic animals, offer a symbolic interpretation of Romanesque art and its bestiary. Discover the Mediterranean garden and the landscape of forests and holm oaks. Guided tours at 11am and 3pm. Opening times: October – April – May: Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 6pm June – July – August – September: daily, 9.30am to 6.30pm November – December – January – February – March: Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 5pm Annual closures : Tuesday 13 January to Friday 23 January inclusive Easter Monday, 1 May, Whit Monday, 1 November, 25 December and 1 January.
