Between the beach and the village, under the majestic gaze of the Canigou, the Parc Naturel de la Prade is a veritable haven of greenery. Ideal for relaxation and leisure activities, it offers an immersion in the heart of nature, punctuated by birdsong and the whisper of the wind in the foliage. Its three bodies of water, bordered by lush vegetation, are home to a variety of wildlife: swans, mallards and teal roam freely under the gaze of walkers. Shaded paths and green spaces provide the ideal setting for a relaxing break. Designed with everyone in mind, the park has a free-access city-stadium, a fitness trail suitable for all abilities and a secure play area for children aged 2 to 8. Throughout the year, the park comes alive with concerts, shows and fun activities such as orienteering races. There’s also a gourmet kiosk where you can enjoy a break in the heart of nature. To preserve the tranquillity of the site, dogs must be kept on a lead.
