In the quaint village of Les Arques, the Zadkine Museum serves as a cultural hub, showcasing the works of Ossip Zadkine, who settled here in 1934. The museum features prestigious pieces, including large wooden sculptures, powerful bronzes, engravings, and photographs, providing a glimpse into his creative legacy. Additionally, five impressive sculptures grace the village streets, while religious works are displayed in the local church. Nearby, the Chapel of St. André houses medieval paintings. A nature walk through the Masse Valley Environmentally Sensitive Area begins at the museum. The surrounding forested areas are intricately linked to Zadkine’s sculptures.
