The fossil collection displayed here is one of the richest and most complete in the department and covers the last 550 million years of the Earth’s history. There are almost 300 items on display. The mineral collection includes a range of forms and colours that is one of the most representative of our region and includes almost 200 items. Free guided tours on request but prior booking is required.
