Close to the Escaladieu Abbey and the Castle of Mauvezin, the Mill of Ribère is an authentic family mill that continues to operate on the banks of the Arros. The owner shares his passion by telling the story of this site and explaining how it works. More than 100-year-old grindstones continue to grind local cereals to produce organic flour available in shops. Visits are organized around the operation of the mill and the millstones. Also, bread-making courses are offered regularly from May to October.
