Learn all about truffle with an interactive tour that takes you from planting the trees through harvesting, marketing and distribution, and finally explains the gastronomic qualities of the black diamond. Watch a film showing how truffles are searched for with a dog or pig, known as “cavage”, get to know the odours, and discover many other aspects of the mystery of the most valuable fungi. Recipes by Michelin-starred chefs featuring this prestigious fungus will also be revealed. A treasure hunt for children aged 7-12 is included in the admission fee.
