The Casa Pairal Museum invites you to explore the history of the town and the Roussillon region, from its earliest inhabitants to the present day. Through its exhibitions, you can discover its ethnographic collections and those dedicated to Catalan folk art and traditions. Your visit will conclude at the top, with a 360° view of the Roussillon plain and the surrounding mountains. The museum is housed in the Castillet. This former city gate has been listed as a Historic Monument since 1889. It is one of the symbols of Perpignan and Catalan culture. The Casa Pairal is a museum of social history, also known as the Museum of Catalan Folk Arts and Traditions. Designed to reflect northern Catalan society, it embodies all the symbolism of the place that houses it. ***The capacity is 19 people per floor, making a maximum of 57 people for the entire building***
