About
At the Nogardel family farm, Gaec de Nogardel, Fabien, Nicolas, Gorges, and Emmanuel raise organic dairy cows and dairy sheep (AOP Roquefort). They also have a herd of beef cattle. The farm is located in Nogardel, in the foothills of the Aubrac plateau. Le Fermier Gourmand (Fabien and his partner Clémence) produces sheep’s and cow’s milk ice cream in tubs and individual portions (500 ml and 1 L), bottled milk, and dairy desserts. Frozen desserts are available for the holidays and by reservation. Open for milking demonstrations in the evening around 5:30 pm year-round. Reservations by phone.
