Walking in the historical center of Verfeil, city of the Green Leaf, you will face the imposing remains of the fortifications of the castle, we can relate its history since the 8th century. Shortly after the revolution, the castle was condemned to demolition. Presence of a heritage panel on the site. A must see in the commune of Verfeil: the Vauraise Gate, the Tolosane Gate, the Wolf Gate, the Saint-Blaise Church, the Saint-Sernin-Des-Rais Church, the Memorial Trail, the Cemetery of the Little Model Girls.
