Old ornamental garden of a wealthy industrial family, this garden, still spectacular, is crossed by the footpath called “Au fil de l’eau” that leads to the footbridge.
In the middle of the XIXth century, Cormouls Houlès family built two factories on the Arnette riverbank and a school for the children of the workers.
