A tour centered on an exhibition of authentic period artifacts and documents illustrating the life and organization of a Resistance *Maquis* unit during World War II. The visit includes a presentation and accounts highlighting why the village of Vabre was designated a “Village of the Righteous” for protecting Jewish people during this dark chapter of history.
Guided tours are available on Tuesday mornings during the summer holidays.
Outside the peak season, group tours can be arranged; reservations are required by calling 05 63 74 63 38.
