About
The Church of Saint-André d’Evol dates back to the 11th century and is flanked by a “conjurador”, a wide porch where the priest used to perform his practices to ward off bad luck. Listed as a historic monument, the building contains a number of treasures, including an altarpiece dedicated to St John the Baptist (15th century), a nursing Virgin and a Romanesque Virgin. Its bell tower is adorned with beautiful arcatures and lanterns.
